Breaking The Silence To Ending Domestic Violence.

The Arthur Lee Duncantell II Foundation (The Duncantell Foundation) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering all victims of domestic violence in a way that will inspire self-confidence, build their self-esteem and give them a better quality of life while bringing about awareness of the seriousness of domestic violence. This will also teach the masses how to unlearn the learned behaviors. Its inception was inspired by the actual events of the founder, a survivor of domestic abuse, yet her son was not a survivor. Domestic abuse is a learned behavior that can be unlearned.

THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF ABUSE:

  • Child

  • Psychological or emotional abuse

  • Economic/Financial abuse

OUR MISSION:

The Duncantell Foundation’s mission is to provide the support that will prevent all forms of domestic abuse through treatment, research, education, advocacy, and activism while promoting justice for victims of abuse. Providing support will allow the victim to cultivate healthy relationships free from domestic abuse and the fear of violence, offering them healing and a renewed sense of self-esteem and worth, and enrich and brighten the lives of those affected by domestic violence abuse. As the victim “Let the Healing Begin,” this will also restore stability to survivors and their families by removing barriers created to keep them in abject poverty and abusive situations.

OUR VISION:

Uniting the world to empower survivors of domestic abuse.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE FUNDING

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Americans were required to  stay home in order to stay safe. However, there are those where every home situation may not be safe for those families who are experiencing Intimate Partner Violence (IVP) or domestic abuse, whether children, women or men. Regardless to who may be affected, abuse is wrong, and domestic violence funding assists with placing families safely and providing them with the necessary means as they flee from unhealthy environments.  We are always looking to add more services and create more rewarding and fulfilling opportunists to uplift and empower those who are victims of domestic violence.

We are requesting assistance as we continue to restore hope and happiness back to families that are broken.
