    Meet Our Team

Interrupting Violence. Healing Communities. Empowering Change.

At The Arthur Lee Duncantell II Foundation, we are a trauma-informed team united by purpose and driven by impact. With diverse lived experience and professional expertise, we collaborate to interrupt cycles of violence and foster healing across communities affected by intimate partner violence, domestic violence, and gun violence.

Together, we deliver wraparound support, elevate survivor voices, and build pathways to resilience, because lasting change begins with collective care, strategic action, and a shared commitment to safety, dignity, and hope.
